Jolly Corinne

It's that time again...

The Simply Betty Facebook Fan-page challenge.

You had a choice of 3 different digis to pick from for your freebie and the option to purchase the others. I chose Jolly Corinne. I really wish I had time to do the others, just no way to get to it this month! LOL

The requirement for Jolly Corinne was to use holly...

So...what ya' think?

Thank you for stopping by and I wish you a blessed and creative day!

Until later,

Romance Annie

Hello all, today I'm so excited to showcase one of the fabulous Steampunk Romance Digis by Abigail Larson available exclusively at SBS. The images from this collection are nothing short of fantastic!

Today I am showing Romance Annie.

Since I'm in the middle of my Christmas Card making, I thought to have this beauty ready for a party. So she has a little extra "sparkle" added to her.

I used my Silver Bullet professional and SCAL combo to do a print and cut of the digi and then colored her with my copics. I used the 6x6 paper pad from My Minds Eye called Christmas for the designer papers. The embellishments were pulled from my stash.

The copic colors used were:

E00,25,29,50,53,93
N2,4,6,8,10
G40,43,46,85,99
R14,22,27,59

Don't forget about our challenge for this month...it's "Anything Steampunk". So, grab an image - either stamp or digi - and the bits and bobs of steampunk world, and play along. We would love it if you chose an SBS image, but it's not required. I hope you will join in on the fun and we love to see your art!

Until next time, I wish you a blessed and creative day!

Nile Goddess

Challenge of the Goddesses
The amazing Betty of Simply Betty Stamps and Tamara of The Stamping Chef have created two awesome digis to use for a “challenge”. This is the 3rd collaboration of these two fantastic artists!

Here is Nile Goddess by Tamara of The Stamping Chef (be sure to check out my other challenge entry using Persephone by Betty of Simply Betty Stamps)

The challenge is: Anything Goes...that I can do! LOL

I decided to make a tag, not sure if I will us it as is or put it on a card...I guess time will tell...LOL

She is colored with copics...and I forgot to write down my colors...sorry!

I did her the same way I always do, brought her into SCAL and I did a Print & Cut with my Silver Bullet Pro.

The tag itself is embossed with an embossing folder, then various inks applied and various embossing powders.

Thanks for taking the time out of your day to pay me a visit...until later...
I wish you a blessed and creative day!

The designer papers are from a 6x6 pad by MME called Christmas...and I love this paper pad! It's almost gone...I'm trying to salvage all my scraps! LOL

Thanks for taking the time out of your day to pay me a visit...until later...
I wish you a blessed and creative day!

our last one of 2013!!

The theme for this month's challenge is
ANYTHING STEAMPUNK

Here is my creation made for your inspiration
using Jacob from SBS and drawn by Abigail Larson.

Metal embellishments are from Hobby Lobby & Michaels as well as the pine cone & holly.
The mini poinsettia was cut with my SBPro and colored with copics.
All edges of the papers were inked with Walnut Stain Distress Ink.

So grab an image and come join in our Steampunk fun...it must be a STEAMPUNK image and MUST follow the rules of the Challenge.

Until later, I hope you have a blessed and creative day!
