Show Girl Betty

Betty at Simply Betty Stamps threw out a challenge to use this beauty in a card/project immediately...so I couldn't resist! You have to use Cream/Brown somewhere on your project and glitter.

If you would like to purchase her, click HERE, and you can play along. You have until Feb 4th @ 6:00pm PST to upload your project.

There is a prize involved...a custom digi of yourself, created by Betty!! How much fun is that????

Here is my version of Show Girl Betty

I used my copics to color her (sorry, I completely spaced and forgot to write down my colors!!) I did a PnC using SCAL on my Silver Bullet Professional for Show Time Betty and the Tickets...it is so spot on and such fun to do!

Isn't she TOTAL GLAM??!!

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you have a blessed and creative one!

I'm entering this in the following challenge:

Steampunk Gals

Simply Steampunk Challenges release day is upon us! Whoop-whoop! (warning - pic heavy LOL)

We decided to do a Release Day / Challenge Day all in one because of the Holidays...we needed to recover from the hectic, fabulous, hectic, wonderful time of the year.

And we're doing it as a blog hop...with prizes! So if you've come here from Louise's Blog, then you are on the right track, but if you have just happened here, please go back to the beginning and see all of the fabulous creations the design team has for you.

So...being the fantastic artist she is, Betty has drawn each of us in digi form...and I'm in love with these images!

So, here I am...in all my Steampunk Glory...as drawn by Betty of Simply Betty Stamps.

Copics used:
Skin: E41,50,53,93
Hair: R29,59, C5,7,9,10 & 100
Eyes: Boo,04,14
Clothing: RV63,66,69 & G24,94,99
Gold accents: Gelly Roll gold metallic

Paper from the Prima Romance Novel 6x6 pad

And...if you would like the chance to win "me" in digi form, comment below and I will have random.org choose a winner from the responses on Sunday, January 5th, 2014 - so you have until the drawing to enter. Good luck! You will need to check back on my blog to see who the winner is. I will tell you how to claim your prize at that time.

Now...for the challenge this month: Grunge / Wings

I am showing Emily for my challenge.

I decided to do a journal, I mean, with the caption "How about a little Me time?" how could it not be more appropriate? I thought I would try the neutral / sepia tones and see if I could pull it off...tell me what you think.

I think I used virtually all of my "E" family of copic markers! LOL
Here are the numbers: 000,00,02,11,21,25,40,41,42,43,47,49,50,53,44,57,59,70,74, & 79

WHEW! That was a LOT!!!

I used various paper and embellies from my stash...I tried to use things I've had for a while. This was so much fun! I may have to try another...we shall see LOL

Why don't you play along with our challenge? We would love for you jump in and grunge something up...put wings on things...and share on the blog. Cannot wait to see your fabulous Art Creations!!

If you have stuck in here to the end, you deserve some applause...
and a great big THANK YOU for stopping by!

Don't forget...leave a comment to win "me" in digi form!!

I will be entering my Emily Challenge piece in the following:
Crafting Musketeers Challenge #9 - Grunge

Until later, I wish you a blessed and creative day!
